Bmw Booster Seat Car Seat BMW 528i SE Starting Problems?

BMW 528i SE starting problems? - bmw booster seat car seat

My 1997 BMW 528 I SE car has starting problems. Starter works fine and the battery is strong, but may take up to 10 minutes delay with which the battery is discharged, a booster plug. appear periodically, and sometimes fire the first round.
at guessing maybe with a little lighting can get wet, or possibly the fuel filter, ideas are welcome.
