My father-in-law's friend who is 50 or less, she says pregnant. Said, a positive pregnancy test. Someone said that occurs during menopause because of hormonal imbalance. True or false?

Pregnancy tests test for a hormone that does not exist, unless to become pregnant. If the woman had a positive pregnancy test, you must consult a doctor. And yes, though risky, it is possible to get pregnant at 50.
You can always a false menopause .... Positive or not.
